My name is Emma, and I am a choreographer and creative freelancer working in the Southern California area.
In 2020, I graduated Cum Laude from the University of California, Irvine, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Choreography and a minor in Literary Journalism. I am an active member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society.
I am a storyteller and, through art, hope to share my and others’ stories with the world.
I am an experimental concert choreographer who creates dance works for proscenium theaters, art galleries, and intimate black box spaces. Coming from a background in studio art, I experiment with patterns developed from improvisation, bringing multimedia projects to life for the stage. My dynamic, abstract choreography is a testament to my curiosity for combining fine art, literature, and performance art. My work is for audiences who appreciate classical concert dance with experimental elements.
Through visual art and design, I hope to generate a welcoming, artistic environment that fosters collaboration between the client and myself.
As a photographer, I specialize in graduation, dance, botanical, and portrait shoots. Other forms of photography outside of these categories are also available upon request.
Commission-based projects, including art installations, can be requested through the contact page of this website.
Thank you so much for your support of my work!
